    A good escape with charming hospitality! The staff is warm and cute, ensuring every need is met. Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast with both local and international dishes. The rooftop pool is a great way to unwind. Rooms are clean and furnished well. I'll definitely return!

    The venue is clean and reasonably large with extremely friendly and very flexible staff members. Breakfast with desserts. Central location on the roof of the new ' intercontinental annex ' next door is the first revolving restaurant in town. And really close to the adjoining conference centre, many museums and kazanchis. Great way to end our trip...

    The staff were accommodating, and the swimming pool kept our grown kids entertained for hours. Our room was clean and well-furnished.

    We had a good time. A good old and comfortable modern hotel, we really enjoyed it, staff was competent. The location was central, near the surrounding restaurants, conference centre, and kazanchis. It also was in the middle of jackson.

    Super comfy stay!

    The bed was super comfy, and I loved the natural light in the room. Breakfast was awesome too, with lots of Ethiopian dishes to try! Just wished the hot water was more reliable, had some cold showers a few times.

    The service at this hotel was excellent, with staff always accommodating and polite. The rooftop pool offered a lovely escape, and my room was clean and equipped with great amenities. Some maintenance upgrades are needed, especially in the bathrooms, to enhance the overall experience.

    I enjoyed the proximity to the National Museum of Ethiopia and the serene Gullele Botanical Garden, both a short walk from the hotel. The staff was professional and attentive, aside from some minor issues with the hot water which could be improved upon.
